Meet Veronique Montreuil, Founder of Success Calibrators.

Veronique spent over twenty years as a customer-focused operating executive at NYSE-listed and PE-backed SaaS companies, carrying P&L responsibility from $350M to $1B and running the post-sale organization as a revenue engine before the industry had language for it. Her teams delivered 93-96% gross revenue retention and 115%+ net revenue retention at scale by treating expansion as something customers earn through value achieved, with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success accountable to the same customer growth outcomes.
